MALTBY CT-250 MAXIMUM MOI FAIRWAY HEADS
The Maltby CT250 Maximum MOI Fairway Woods exhibit many of the same features of the Maltby CT250 high MOI drivers, but in a fairway wood design. Compared to the original CT250 fairway woods, the GolfWorks new Maltby CT250 Fairway design has a longer face length and is deeper in the crown depth, producing a higher resistance to twisting on off-center hits (higher MOI) for straighter shots. The shallower face height lowers the actual vertical center of gravity making it easy to get the ball airborne even from tight fairway lies. The wide body design and the back weighting feature position the c.g. further back in the head, further enhancing forgiveness and trajectory. The CT 250 Fairways sit extremely square behind the ball at address, inspiring confidence. For those long fairway shots, you wont find a better combination of technology and looks in a fairway wood design.
Highlights:
- Investment cast from high strength 431 stainless steel.
- Longer face length and wider body produces a higher resistance to twisting (MOI) on off-center shots.
- Shallower face height and thicker sole design keep actual vertical
center of gravity lower, producing repeatedly solid shots and making it easier to get the ball airborne.
- Wide body design and visible back weighting position the
c.g. more rearward, further enhancing forgiveness and
optimum trajectory.
- Square face angle sits up behind ball at address,
inspiring confidence.
- Available in #3 (15°) and #5 (18°).

CT-250 Fairway Wood

I want to give thumbs up to the CT-250 fairway wood and the CT-250 Drivers. I am hitting more fairways with the driver (80-90%) and making solid contact with the 3 wood and more distance due to ease of hitting. Highly recommend them.

Confidence inspiring.

Built up the 5 wood with a stiff flex CT250 shaft at 42". As with their irons I'm still amazed at the forgiveness and feel this club provides. The trajectory is mid to low for my swing, I've never ballooned one with this combo and once you dig a few out of the rough a good distance your confidence just builds from there. As usual kudos to Golfworks for great products, service, and prices.
